How can I make changes to my order?

Email us at team@daybird.co! We’d be happy to help you update your order or cancel your order if your order has not already shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and will need to process it as a return.

How do I subscribe?

Simply click “Subscribe & Save” on the Tinted Skincare Product Page. From there, you’ll be able to select your preferred subscription frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and checkout. Free shipping is included with every order, and you’ll get 10% off each order by subscribing! 

We believe subscriptions should only benefit you, so you can edit or cancel your subscription anytime.

What skincare actives do Daybird products include?

Daybird products contain skincare ingredients at active levels, meaning at concentrations high enough to effectively deliver better-for-you benefits to your skin. Niacinamide and Bisabolol work together in Tinted Skincare at active levels to: 

- Increase dermal collagen for smoother skin (niacinamide @ 2%)

- Reduce inflammation and even your skin tone (bisabolol @ 0.5%)

The SPF 50 sunscreen in Tinted Skincare is powered by Zinc Oxide (12%).  You may see that only Zinc Oxide is listed as an active ingredient on our packaging - this is a requirement by the FDA to ensure you know what is protecting your skin from sun exposure.

What are Daybird products formulated WITHOUT?

Our products are free of chemical sunscreens, parabens, fragrance, sulfates, talcs, alcohols, formaldehydes, SLS, dyes, and phthalates, to name a few. All Daybird products are vegan and cruelty-free.

While there are many definitions of “clean beauty”, we currently develop our products in line with Sephora’s Clean at Sephora standard. Our team pays close attention to research, regulations, and industry and market trends, and we closely collaborate with chemists, dermatologists, and regulatory experts while developing products to ensure our products are safe, effective, and avoid ingredients on our “no” list.

Does Daybird test on animals?

Absolutely not! We love our furry friends. All Daybird products are cruelty-free.

Are Daybird products vegan?

Yes, all Daybird products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Are Daybird products soy and gluten free?

Yep! Are products our soy and gluten free.

What skin types are Daybird products suitable for?

Daybird products are suitable for all skin types. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, non-comedogenic, and dermatologist tested, in addition to being free of parabens and fragrances.  If you have any sensitivities to specific ingredients, be sure to check out the full Ingredient List on our Tinted Skincare Product Page.

Will your products cause me to breakout?

Daybird products are non-comedogenic, meaning that it won’t clog your pores and shouldn’t cause you to break out.

What is your SPF source?

Our sunscreen source is non-nano mineral Zinc Oxide (12%). This provides Broad Spectrum SPF 50 coverage with water resistance for 80 minutes.

Do you use preservatives?

Absolutely! Preservatives are important to prevent any bacterial growth in our products.

How long will my product last?

We recommend using your product prior to the expiration date for maximum efficacy of the sunscreen and skincare ingredients. You can find the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle.

How much is shipping?

Your order ships free! No one likes to be hit with a shipping fee at checkout. We'll process your order within 2-3 days and send you a notification with tracking once it ships.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, and you’ll receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.

When can I expect to receive my Daybird package?

Most orders should get to you within 2-3 business days. We’ll email you tracking information when your order ships so you can keep track until it lands on your doorstep! Please note that shipping times will vary based on your location, and please be patient if there are shipping delays due to longer transit times nationwide.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently Daybird products are only available in the United States. But, rest assured, we’re working hard to get Daybird all over the world. Sign up for our mailing list below so you’re the first to know when we can ship to your area. 

Returns

What is your return policy? How do I return an order?

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

In an effort to minimize excess packaging, we don’t include return slips with orders. Visit the Shipping and Returns page to find out how to initiate a return (hint: you can start the process by emailing returns@daybird.co!).

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What should I do if the shade I ordered doesn't match my skin tone?
